Michele A. Evans-Reavis, MSN, RN, NP-C

Michele is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with a specialization in Adult Medicine. Her educational journey began at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She then pursued her passion for nursing, obtaining an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Brookdale Community College. Her commitment to excellence led her to further her education, culminating in a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a division of Rutgers University.

With a career spanning over two decades in healthcare, Michele has garnered extensive experience in critical care and outpatient settings. As the proud owner and operator of CKE Rejuvenation, she brings her wealth of knowledge and expertise to the forefront of patient care.

Michele is renowned for her compassionate and enthusiastic approach as an advanced care provider. Her practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based medicine, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care available.
